Deer List

A long list of plants (150+ Genus’) that Deer dislike and avoid eating. I tested these plants over a 40 year period of living and working as a landscape designer in California’s Black Tail Deer Country.

The information has been cross referenced with other reputable Deer Lists and the advice of other experts.

The list is an excerpt from my digital book “Gardening in Black Tail Deer Country”- available above!

There are quite a few beautiful and interesting plants included on the list. This resource guide is useful for landscaping, home gardens, commercial sites, golf courses, and resorts.

Many of the plants are also drought tolerant, and a good number of them can be used in a wide range of climates and regions.

Just $2 for this downloadable Deer List that also includes a  list of characteristics of plants that Deer avoid.
