This course instructs students on how to draft with a paper and pencil using the most readily available and minimal cost drawing tools. Tips are given for using drawing software and the principles of landscape plan preparation are the same for drafting and using digital software. Information on choosing landscape materials and plants. Helpful advice on getting bids and working with Landscape and Masonry Contractors. Suggestions on watering and lighting systems. Overall planning of these systems is not part of this course.
